Signal Filters | Filters for Signal Boosters | WilsonPro
WilsonPro channelized filters are a powerful tool to fine tune signal booster systems for optimum performance. System installers employ a filter to attenuate incoming nonessential cell signals carried on a specific channel – Channel A, for example. This allows essential signals on the other channel – Channel B – to be amplified at full strength.
How it works
WilsonPro signal booster systems amplify cell signals across full frequency bands. However in some cases amplifying all signals on a band can cause signal overload, a condition in which a specific carrier’s signal is too strong.
In accordance with FCC regulations, an overload condition causes the booster system to automatically reduce power or perhaps shut down completely. Use of a channel filter can correct this overload condition, allowing the system to continue to amplify signals at full strength.

Band 5 Channel B Filter (N Connector)
