With cloud integration, customers receive real-time updates regarding the performance of their WilsonPro in-building amplifier system. If outside signal conditions require adjustments or if the amplifier has been physically tampered with, the integrator or building manager will be notified by email or text. The unit can be turned on and off, reset, or configured remotely using a smartphone; ending unnecessary onsite visits and service calls. If a visit is required, integrators can access historical data to better determine what type of repair may be needed before they arrive on location.
